For more than 20 years, I’ve experienced events from nearly every side of the room—as a host, producer, volunteer, hospitality professional, and guest. Along the way, my professional work in investigation and negotiation sharpened something that has always come naturally to me: seeing beyond what is to what could be.
I notice the gaps. I ask the questions. I study how people move through a space, where processes break down, what creates connection, and what gets remembered long after the room clears.
I bring those skills together as an Experience Architect—helping organizations move beyond simply hosting functions to intentionally building experiences worth returning to.
